Climate Control System

I wanted to find a cheap weapon against warm weather, so I used an Arduino, some temperature sensors, humidity sensors, and a barometer to put together a little weather station that is capable of controlling relays.

It detects the temperature difference between inside and outside and when the inside temperature is hotter it turns on four, very quiet 230mm computer fans that blow in cool air from outside. This whole setup can be put in any window using a piece of plywood. This way, when I go to bed at night, I don't need to open the window and wait for my room to cool down. It could also be used to turn on an air conditioner, a heater, a humidifier, or a dehumidifier. It has humidity sensors and a barometer as well. The barometer could also be used to generate weather predictions.

Eventually, I will integrate it with a Raspberry Pi to provide a web interface. This would allow it to be controlled from any location, display current conditions, display weather predictions, and log/graph weather trends.
